We loved all the hotel offered, its good location and rooms.

It was very enjoyable time in Bilbao. We were given splendid and neat rooms with a very nice bathroom, nice beds. The staff was competent, knowledgeable.

Totally such great stay in a high class hotel. The staff was polite, informative, and everything was great. Its location was indeed brilliant and only 5 minutes walk from Moyua.

The hotel was a lovely place for enjoying a great area, so close to Guggenheim, suitable local restaurants, the center. Very central location of this affordable venue was a bonus. Lots of food at the wonderful and generous breakfast.

Scenic hotel, ideal location and useful staff. Breakfast with butter, slices of fresh bread, hot waffles, pancakes and scrambled eggs was extensive. The roof top bar was lively and the drinks were relaxing.

Very comfy bed, individual room, airy, INCREDIBLE breakfast. There were USB ports and good Internet in the room, loved that. Excellent service from the genuinely professional staff that we interacted with. The place was minute walk from the heart of Bilbao. Swimming pool was brilliant too.

Simply no complaints, very relaxing stay. All was tidy, I loved lovely staff and location. It was functional and the beds were super here. Found in a historic part of the town. Relaxed by the pool, it was good, especially when the weather was pleasant.

Modern design, especially welcoming stuff, great bed. I got free upgrade and loved it. The buffet breakfast had coffee, butter, jam, tea and hot waffles, that's a plus. It was just off all landmarks, the centre, the airport, very pretty location overall. Jardines de albia lorategiak was also close to the hotel.

prime location, traditional building, we enjoyed huge rooms. our room had an amazing bed and a spectacular view. lovely historic hotel, 0.5 miles from bilbao airport. attentive service provided by exceptional staff made our stay so very pleasant!

Nice service, positive stuff, exceptional breakfast. Restaurant was great and clean. The location was FRIENDLY, around 10-15 minutes walk from guggenheim. I enjoyed this beautiful hotel, outstanding value.

Great choice for city break. Very-very nice staff, rooms are good-sized and extremely pleasant, and location is unbeatable! Delicious breakfast options and marvellous view. Fairly clean and special hotel in Ensanche district.

Unfortunately wifi was very poor.

This hotel was excellent place for exploring Bilbao, appreciated it.
